Where is The Church Conference?
The conference is at The Church at South Las Vegas in Henderson, Nevada. The Church is located off St. Rose Pkwy.

What restaurants are in the area?
Las Vegas and Henderson have an assortment of 5 Star Restaurants and plenty of 24 hour discount goodies. A complete list is being complied for our attendees and will be made available as we get closer to opening day of Conference.

What are the nearby airports?
McCarren International Airport (LAS) is located located just 8 miles from The Church at South Las Vegas.

What time should I book my arrival and departure?
The conference will begin Tuesday, October 16th at 5:30pm with with a special Senior Pastor Dinner and opening night beginning at 7:00pm. The conference will end Thursday, October 18th at 9:00pm. We recommend you book arrival times by Tuesday early morning and plan to depart Thursday late evening or Friday morning.

Where should I stay?

What should the weather be like?
The average high in April is 74 – 85 degrees with an average low of 58 – 62 degrees. This varies greatly, so check the local forecast before you leave.

What should I wear?
Conference attire is casual.

Does the conference provide childcare?
Our conference will have corresponding Kid’s Ministry Services for all night session(after 6:00pm). Though we will not have childcare available during any of the morning and afternoon sessions.

May I attend only one day of the conference?
Yes, but you will still be required to pay the full conference price.

Do you have wireless internet available?
Yes, we will have free Wi-Fi access available to you throughout the The Church at South Las Vegas campus.

Can I switch names on my registration?
You can do this by going to substituting a registrant via your registration confirmation email. Or you can contact The Church at South Las Vegas during regular business hours and someone can be made available to walk you through the process.

Are there scholarships available for the conference?
We have worked to keep the overall conference price down in order to make it accessible to more people; therefore, we are not offering any scholarships.
